HOW IT WORKS
CAD drawings will be designed by our highly trained staff with your personal input to create perfection. At completion of design phase, we then take the CAD drawings and produce high quality 3D pics of your house. Changes can be made up until we turn the plans over to PWD buildings dept. We complete the engineering of the building and prepare a preliminary quote for you.
We move to the interior decoration phase in which we design the look with treatments according to your likes. Just pick out pictures online of styles you like and we can create it. We have 3 different levels, high end luxury, mid grade and entry level. We can provide all fixtures, lighting, cabinets, and the like. Everything is designed to your specs.
Once all this is complete, hopefully simultaneous with completion of permits, we move to the order phase. We give the last final quote and go over any necessary changes before we move to completion. A deposit is required before manufacturing of your custom light steel structure can begin. The balance is due on delivery of the house to the port for shipping.

Typical cost per square foot for a turn key complete house with all features to include windows, doors, lighting, stone, tile floors, roofing, and all things needed to complete the home range from 100 to 275/sqft .
Once a foundation is built we can typically complete your home or villa within a 6 month timeframe. That’s right, 6 months from foundation to complete house.
